7. Due Diligence Limitations
Our risk reviews and due diligence are based on information available at the time. We do not warrant that all risks can be identified, as findings may be constrained by public record limitations or third-party accuracy. Decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
8. Intellectual Property

- Deliverables: Advisory reports provided under engagement are for the client’s internal use and may not be redistributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law
